I think this issue is really weird, I'm getting tons of lag when look at like 20 zombies.

It seems like ETF and Accessories cause a lot of lags, don't know if it's because of ImprovedMobs?, ImprovedMobs give mobs gears.

I really don't see much with this spark profile and its hard to tell if your running a a shader pack which would effect FPS.

So far I have little to know idea how the percentage is above 100% like such makes little to nonsense as the value is based on the total amount of time spent on specific profiles methods that should add up to 100% and not above such.
