Hi again!

I tested around with the Accessories mod a bit, and I noticed a strange sorta-duplication glitch.
(This was tested with an iron helmet.)

How to reproduce:

1. Open the accessories screen. Here, equip your armor piece of choice.
2. Don't close the inventory! Instead, return to the normal inventory via the back-button.
3. In the normal inventory, unequip the armor piece again. Close the inventory.
4. Open the inventory again. You will have the armor piece both in your inventory and in your previous armor slot.

You can unequip the "duplicated" armor piece and put it in the inventory.
The other armor piece you've previously left behind in your inventory will disappear though as soon as you click on it. So it's not exactly a duplication glitch, more of a really confusing occurrence.

I'm playing on Fabric 1.21.1.
This was tested on a minimal instance.
