Game crashes when putting an item in any slot, or when opening the menu with an item in any slot

I'm playing on Fabric 1.21.1 with quite a few other mods, and my game crashes any time I put an item in one of my accessory slots. It also crashes whenever I reload after a crash and try to re-open the accessories menu with something in one of the slots.
