Items (accessories) disappear from slots at death (Or reconnect)

When a player dies, his accessories, even those enchanted on soulbound, disappear, there are no errors in the logs, he just goes out and enters with empty accessories.
Possible incompatibility mods that affect death:
- Individula Keep Inventory
- Accesories + dlc
- Backpacked
- Soulbound enchantment
- Hardcore Revival
Most likely, this is a problem with the Hardcore Revival mod, I created the same request on the developer's page and yours, I hope to solve the problem.
I also didn't find anything worthwhile in the logs, let me know if you need to repeat the mistake and publish them.
Personally, I've never had any problems, but some players say that accessories disappear when they die and then re-enter.
This is not a "Hardcore revival", we deleted the mod a week ago for verification and did not die, the problem remained.

I tried to exclude those that do not interact with accessories. I have suspicions about server-side optimization mods, or mods that interact with inventories, maybe it's some kind of Inventory view.
