Would it be possible to add a config option that would let you choose how many ticks between Ball of Fur drops?

I love the idea of the drops and the fun randomness of it all, but when you get a few ocelots together, it gets a bit tedious having a whole bunch in your inventory every few minutes.

My problem might be that I'm a crazy cat person though.
