Player states -"right when it crashed, I was putting the glass over a Cyclic forester. I had put down about a dozen glass. Then the particle effect from the forester got in the way as I placed some (using extra utilities builders wand. )"

Edit - Rolled back to ActuallyAdditions-1.12.2-r140.jar. Server has booted OK so far.
