Item Laser Network Ignoring Storage Drawers Limits

Issue Description

When connecting something like a Refined Storage 'External Storage' or an RFTools Storage Scanner to an item laser network connected to a Controller Slave (And presumably a Drawer Controller), the items inserted will be pushed in despite there being no room for the item. This results in the items being deleted, and opens the potential for game breaking bugs with mods that don't expect items to fail to being extracted (i.e. Refined Storage before a patch was made to stop null extractions from breaking everything). This does not occur when connecting directly to the drawer network.

I'm not even sure where to begin to look for the source of this issue. The laser network code is confusing enough as-is without throwing in both RS's item handling code and SD's item handling code.
