For no known reason, the breaker block seems to have stop working from a second to another. I tried tu craft the long range one, on the left of the picture but it seems to be the same, even if the fluid placer seems to work perfectly. It's pretty perturbing as it worked a few minutes ago...
Sorry if it's my lack of understanding of the system but I admit I don't see my mistake.

It seems that after uninstalling and reinstalling the entire modpack the problem has been fixed. Sorry I didn't think of it earlier.
