Basically if you attempt to till an ambient grass block, it has a chance to drop a worm, without tilling the grass. I'm guessing it's because you can't actually till ambient grass, but the mod still sees it as a "grass block." I'm holding down right click in the video.

Not sure if this would be something I should be reporting to Thaumcraft, but I think it's worth posting here
