Just a neat thing for modpack devs.
Example: i am trying to remake all of the dwarven tech from the elder scrolls in minecraft, and i was hoping i could use your Laser Energy Beans to transport aetherium energy, but aetherium is blue... So by having a way to decide the color of the lasers in a config i would be able to make them look like aetherium beans + lenses. Ofc course i would need to change the texture but that's why resource loader is a thing.
