I'm using a gregtech ore drilling plant to maximize my ore production. Because of how it works, I need to reset the controller so it scans for ores I place down automatically again.

The problem is, either the Phantom Breaker or the Auto - Placer is doing really weird stuff.

Expected behavior would be that the breaker breaks it, giving back an ore drilling plant. It then moves through the item conduit, and places it back. This doesn't happen. My ore drilling plants were disappearing. To test, I put in a stack of ore drilling plant controllers. As you can see in this following picture, it was deleting them. It deleted 48 after about 10 hours of real life time, breaking it every 2400 ticks.

This isn't even the worst of it, it also started doing this, where the phantom breaker reads the block incorrectly, or maybe the placer places in correctly, either way, at some point, some of these controllers are becoming different blocks. Check following picture.

One thing I did notice, all of these are of the item ID gregtech:machine, and just a different variation. So maybe that will help you look for where the issue is?
