Several Blocks use incorrect sounds/only stone sounds

Wood Casing -> Wood
Iron Casing -> Metal
All Mechanical/Metallic Blocks -> Metal/Netherite

Just saying "All Mechanical/Metallic Blocks" doesn't really say much. It means I'll have to place every machine again just to test the sounds

Sounds have been changed in 1.3.8 which is available on CurseForge and Modrinth
