[1.21.1] Drill breaks when it runs out of energy

Drill is breaking like a regular tool if it is at 0 CF
Using Actually Additions 1.3.6

You're running an old build of Actually Additions. I'm unable to reproduce it myself in 1.3.8.
Are you playing on a server?
