ActuallyAdditions-1.10.2-r50 missing Laser Wrench Holding Particles config option.

As stated in the title, the option to disable relay particles when you are not holding a laser wrench is missing in r50.

Sneak-right-click the Laser Wrench.
And read the changelog, that's what it's for.
