I noticed tonight that your recipe for Cheese consists of a single bucket of milk. This conflicts with Harvestcraft's Milk -> 4 x Fresh Milk recipe. Since Harvestcraft is a very popular mod, and real life cheese is more than just milk, perhaps you could change this?

IRL an enzyme called Rennet is used in cheesemaking. It's extracted from calf stomachs during butchering. Perhaps you could make rennet an occasional drop from baby cows and combine that with milk to make your cheese?
