The precision dropper gives a signal if it has items, but the comparator do not stop sending an output untill it recieves a block update.

Steps to reproduce

• Place a Precision Dropper
• Place a comparator behind it
• Put a stack of items in the Precision Dropper
• When its finished, it's still lightning. You can disable it by placing a block next to the comparator.
