as the name says, the inventory scanner from RFTools is not using items to craft, but is still crafting the item. I've been working with MCjty on this issue, and believes it may be something on your end

personally, I think the issue is caused by the fact that the interface can't export items, only import. so a simple solution may be to simply allow item pulling from the laser relay, I don't understand why it can't be exported from in the first place tbh
