The current recipe for the Chest to Storage Crate Upgrades conflicts with the Storage Drawers 2x2 Drawer recipes. Given that the latter is a well-established mod in common use, this is probably a bad idea.

My suggestion would be to replace the central plankWood in the recipe with a logWood, which--while increasing the cost of the recipe slightly--eliminates the conflict.
