[bug] Batteries and Player Interfaces can charge stacks of items while only using the RF to charge one item.

If you put a stack of Ender IO Capacitor Banks into your inventory and let them charge via Player Interface or Batteries you can charge the whole stack for the cost of only one item. This creates free RF.
