Bug Description

Building a Create minecart contraption from orbit crashes the server and gives the attached crash report.

How to Reproduce?

1. Go to space and deploy a space station
2. Use a Cart Assembler from Create to build a minecart contraption
3. drop the minecart contraption from orbit

Expected Behavior

The minecart contraption will crash the server as it attempts to teleport across dimensions.
