Bug Description

Hello, i habe the Mod AdAstra installed with a modpack. There is no oil in the world. I triedy generating a new world on a Server and in singleplayer. There was a simular issue but it got closed without a fix.

How to Reproduce?

1. Create a Singleplayer or Server world using the Modpack "MechCraft2" 1.6.
2. Try to Locate oil

Expected Behavior

There should be oil somewhere.
