[Bug]: Crash when loading chunk with ticking pipes

Bug Description

Game crashes when entering a chunk (after being away for a while) with a power cable from Ad Astra.
The chunk I was in was loaded when I left it, but not the chunk with the offending power cables in it.

Game throws a "Ticking Block Entity" error in crash report specifically when cables are checking for nodes for powering.

Whatever the source is (in this case it was from Mekanism hooked up to desh cables powering an Ad Astra gravity changer) doesn't seem to effect the issue.

Usually the pipes behave with other mod's power systems but does show some instability with power fluctuations. Not sure if this is intended or not. And it never has crashed when I've been in the chunk with the pipes.

Was using latest updates (at time of bug report) for all dependencies of Ad Astra.

The pipes break the world making it unplayable whenever the chunk is loaded by the player. So it would have to be remade from scratch again.

How to Reproduce?

  1. Create a simple setup in a dimension (planet or otherwise) using any valid power source (whether it is from Ad Astra or not).
  2. Connect the power source using desh or other power cable from Ad Astra to a machine from Ad Astra.
  3. Leave the chunk (must not be force loaded) for a while.
  4. Come back after being away for a long time.
  5. Game instantly crashes the second the chunk with the ticking pipe appears on screen.

Expected Behavior

The chunk loads fine and the pipes function fine without issues.

Logs or additional context

Crash log: https://pastebin.com/8S2sz2EJ

Haven't tested if it only happens on planets.
Haven't tested all machines or power sources for what makes the desh/other Ad Astra cables crash the game.
