Oil map color is incorrect

Bug Description
Oil shows as the incorrect color on maps.
How to Reproduce?
- Go into a Minecraft world
- Open a map/Use a map mod (I'm using Xaero's)
- Realize It's white on Xaero's and a lighter blue on a regular map
Expected Behavior
On previous versions before the rewrite/major update it would always show as black on maps.
