[Bug]: Jet Suit Particles Don't Appear In Multiplayer

Bug Description

  1. Jet suit particles only appear for the local player, and does not appear for other players in multiplayer games

How to Reproduce?

  1. Go on a multiplayer world
  2. Get another player to use the jet suit
  3. See the other player not have particles

Expected Behavior

Particles should appear for everybody
