[Bug]: Ti-69 wont work

Get Ti-69 and the mekasuit with space breathing unit and oxygen tank go to a spot without oxygen
and pull up the Ti-69 it says there is O2 even if there isn't

When addon handled entity event from GravityApi, OxygenApi, Ti-69 is showing as handled value from addon.
For example, if addon return TRUE on EntityOxygenEvent, Ti-69 is showing as entity has oxygen even if no oxygen in level.
I think it little more make a sense, to show the value before handled by event.
