[Bug]: Game crash when opening inventory

Bug Description

Ad astra seems to be crashing the game by accidentally adding the same item stack twice to its creative mode tab.

How to Reproduce?

Make A New Singleplayer World
Enable Creative
Open Inventory

Expected Behavior

Open inventory just fine with no crash
