Is your feature request related to a problem?

In earlier Ad Astra versions, the Desh Wrench could replace the Create Mod wrench. Since the rework alphas/betas the new wrench has lost the tags that allowed this.

Solution(s)

I've re-added the data/forge/tags/items/tools/wrench.json and data/c/tags/items/wrenches.json to support both in Forge and Fabric, respectively, that existed in the 1.19.2 version/
