I am using Ad Astra in my Create modpack, which also includes Create: Diesel Generators, which adds crude oil that you can extract out of the ground. Through Create: Addon Compatibility, it is possible to use that crude oil and refine it to the fuel that Ad Astra uses. This now makes Ad Astra's oil redundant and actually confuses players a bit that there are 2 different oils that are found in 2 separate ways. Having a setting that prevents Ad Astra from spawning oil would fix that.

None available afaik. Just hiding Ad Astra's oil in JEI is not enough.
