Bug Description
That is not how solar panels work.
How to Reproduce?
Place down a solar panel

Also the fuel refinery, oxygen loader, NASA workbench and cryo freezer all have been Coal Generatorified.
Please fix this as the four aforementioned machines are the most important machines in progressing.
Still the same version tho
