[Bug]: Liquids are invisible in JEI/Mekanism tanks/Any modded tanks that show the liquid in them

Bug Description
Ad astra's Liquids are not visible in Jei, or in any tanks that show fluids.
How to Reproduce?
- Install JEI and Ad Astra
- Search for @ad @astra oil
- Point a cursor to the right of the oil bucket
Same with any fluid in the mod.
Expected Behavior
Expected to see the texture of the fluid, as it appears in the GUI's
For example (Fuel):
Expected to see similar behavior in jei and in fluid tanks

Used Mekanism to provide screenshots of tanks appearing to be empty. These tanks wor fine with any other modded fluids.
