Bug Description

The oxygen distributor seems to be distributing nothing.
The power and oxygen will go up, and then they both drop before anything can actually last in the air.

How to Reproduce?

1. Not sure how to reproduce, since it was working fine a few hours ago--with the exception of grass dying and water freezing.

Expected Behavior

Mostly expected it to--well, stay in the air and actually produce oxygen.

Update:
Oddly enough, the oxygen seems to be distributing in OTHER rooms, but not the one the setup I have is in.
