[Feature Request]: Allow other mods' multiblock structures that require water blocks

Is your feature request related to a problem?

This is more of a compatibility request, but as someone who loves building giant space stations, I have found myself doing so in every pack that includes Ad Astra. Unfortunately some of those modpacks have tech mods that have multiblocks that include water blocks (e.g., tech reborn industrial grinder). Even in completely sealed environments, as soon as you close the water block up to complete the multiblock, it turns to ice and invalidates the multiblock, which is very frustrating when I wanted to basically live on a space station.

Solution(s)

Either make a config option that allows the freezing of water to be disabled, or find some way to allow the water block to remain unfrozen when next to whitelisted blocks or something. Sadly this would likely allow people to abuse it to make infinite water sources and such in your dimensions, but without it, I simply won't use Ad Astra dimensions.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I've kept the multiblocks that break in your dimensions on the Overworld and sent processing requests using an ME system over a quantum bridge (just send the blocks that need grinding to the Overworld) and that works... but it just feels bad being up in space and not able to do certain things. Maybe it'd be worth seeing if Tech Reborn's developer would allow the grinder to be made with ice as well as water.

I know you've introduced tons of cool features since 1.15.4, that's simply the version that Prominence II RPG uses so that's what I am familiar with. I know that you've since fixed lava from freezing in space, which fixes some multiblocks, but the ones that use water are still unable to function.
