[Bug]: 1.19.2 Server Crash on startup

Bug Description
When the server runs its startup it always crashes right before the server would usually begin with the following error message.
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::system_error'

I see that it mentions a possible memory or resource limit, but this isn't a locally hosted server and should be running on 9 CPUs with 12gb of RAM. Additionally the mod works fine on client.

I expected the server to begin with little to no issue.
