[Feature Request]: Render the head2 skin ontop of the head skin

Is your feature request related to a problem?
What for my skin are the pupils & ears are not rendered on the flag:
Solution(s)
Rendering the secondary head layer on top of the primary one
Describe alternatives you've considered
ignoring it or uploading your own actual head to imgur

after some digging through the code it looks like it is fixed (or is supposed to be fixed), but confuses me regardless:
