Was playing with this mod installed on a server in a custom modpack, added the "Speed III" enchantment to my boots and when I went to fly with my elytra the FOV kept warping back and forth like I was shifting my FOV slider. Also Speed III coincidentally didn't make my player any faster by default I don't think.
