I turned off the haste potion recipe by config, but in-game, it was glow potion recipe which was turned off instead of haste potion. I was suspicious about why there's no config for glow potion, and now I know why.

glow potions are always uncraftable though? they should still be uncraftable if haste potions are enabled

Oh, so absent of glow potion recipe in JEI is not JEI's bug? One problem solved XD
But still haste potion can be brewing even config is false. I just tested it.
