Quarry not working with ftb chunks

Describe the bug
What happened to you?
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Claim chunks around working quarry with FTB chunks
- Blocks will break but drops will not be added
Version
- Minecraft: [1.16.3]
- Single Player or Multi Player?: [multiplayer]
