Quarry doesn't work in protected chunks by FTB Chunks. I added some code to QuarryPlus not to remove blocks in protected chunks, but I forgot to change codes for Solid Fuel Quarry.

The solution is to add QuarryPlus fake player to your ally, but it takes a few minute to notice it and I'll get some report as issue or comment. It'll be nice if I add notification of protected chunks.
