Fix all API names having uppercase characters. The old scheme was "BuildCraftAPI|", and the new scheme is "buildcraftapi_".

this mod doesn't provide any function related to BuildCraft.

In 1.0.2, these functions were working.

• QuarryPlus, WorkbenchPlus, RefineryPlus and LaserPlus works with BC's engines directly connected.
• QuarryPlus imports area setting from BC's marker.
• RefineryPlus works with BC's oil.
• LaserPlus works with BC's assembly table.
