Describe the bug

When using an enchant that doesn't play nice with the Quarry, it errors out and causes the Quarry to become a ticking block entity

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enchant QuarryPlus with any of the following enchants I've found that error: Apothic Enchanting Boon of the Earth I-V, EvilCraft Unusing, and potentially more.
2. Place down the Quarry with power and let it run.
3. Bam crash.

If your server/client has crashed, please give me the crash report.
