Currently the power usage of the quarry is multiplied exponentially with each level of efficiency, making the quarry less and less efficient per enchantment level. I think this contradicts the name of the enchantment, making it less intuitive.
I think the efficiency enchantment should either make the quarry use less energy, or at least not increase the power usage per block break.

Was this the intended behavior?
