Describe the bug

This was caused while using the carryon mod so sorry if this isn't something you can deal with. I picked up the the solid fuel quarry block with the carryon mod and when I tried to place it down it duplicated the block and didn't allow me to stop holding the block even when leaving the world. I then tried to /kill and it created a sphere of the block around where I died and soft locked me not allowing me to move or anything and I was still holding the quarry. Also while at zero hearts. I fixed it just by removing the mod.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. I picked up the solid fuel quarry with the carryon mod.
2. Tried to place it and was no longer able to.
3. /kill caused a complete softlock

Versions

• Minecraft version: [1.20.1

OK, I understand. Thank you for reporting.

I don't know the mod, but it seems it enables you to "move" block entity to other place.

Basically, entities like quarry expect that the block will be stay at the same place, meaning block doesn't move, so it should cause something terrible when you try to move the quarry with such mod.
If you have a log file for this issue, I may do something, but in most cases I just ask users not to use such mod to move the quarry as it has no meaning.
