Because I didn't find an actual Thread somewhere for this:
Is it possible to teleport Items/Fluids/Power between Dimensions using the Teleport Pipes?
It would be nice if you might also open a new thread for this very useful mod, maybe on minecraftforum or somewhere else and post a link to the description.

Also found the answer which is "yes".
Just think about posting that link directly on the description page here on github.
