It seems that whenever I teleport or move x-distance away from any Phased Transport Pipes, they reset to a Send Only state - only the ones that may have been set up as Send & Receive, or Receive Only.
These reset Transport Pipes keep the frequency, just the state changes.
If they were already set up as Send Only, they stay as initially set up.
