What Licenses is applicable for this project?

Hi,
a friend asked to install this on our private server. I could not find any information on a license anywhere.
Any help is appreciated.
It is under the MMPL as it depends on buildcraft. http://www.mod-buildcraft.com/MMPL-1.0.txt
