Russian became default mod's language in 2.4.3 so you can't search for AP items in NEI search unless you type it in russian and cyrillic (I thought that pipes were missing at first ^^ I had english UK by default ).
Also, teleport tether has russian name even if your set language is english us. Idk why tbh, it became english name after I deleted russian lang file.

Should be fixed.
