I do understand this isnt an issue. I was wondering what is your mod pack policy. I do understand the general rule if its open source its fine to not ask. I just wanted to make sure thats the case here. would have posted on your thread and the only thread i found was for the 1.2.5 build.

This pack is licenced under the http://www.mod-buildcraft.com/MMPL-1.0.txt, which BuildCraft also uses. Which allows distribution of the binary/compiled mod.
