Power restrictions for switch kinesis pipe

The switch kinesis pipe is restricted to ~8 mj/t. This basically renders it useless with the current BC kinesis pipe power allocations. Would like to see it either able to adjust itself based on pipes its connected to or maybe an adjustment to the crafting recipe to decide what power level it will be.
BC doesn't have a switch pipe. It has a throttle pipe that doesn't work like the AP switch pipe. I use the AP switch pipe in scenarios where a gate emits a redstone signal if there is no work to be done and the switch pipe is off. If I send work to the device the gate is monitoring, it stops the redstone signal activating the switch pipe and powering the device until it completes the work again. If you can configure the iron kinesis pipe to function this way I would love to see it.
Hmm the dev seems to be away. I've made pull requests but they are still sitting there. In theory it shouldn't be that hard to adjust to the same rate as a golden kinesis pipe.
