Hello, i want to suggest some impovement:
I think now pipes are too cheap.
Is it possible to make second recipe for each of then, with enabling via config?

At first i mean teleport pipes.

I think having multiple recipes would be confusing.

There are recipe changing mods that can do exactly what you want.
