Disabled items still appear in the REI menu

Describe the Issue
items from options that have been disabled, such as Totem of Non Breaking/teleport potion, still remain available in the REI menu instead of being disabled
(in this screenshot the only item I have activated is the Chunk Loader, the rest is disabled)
